Implemented projects

BALKANIA is an association for Balkan Alternative Tourism and its activities include realization of projects in the field of alternative tourism which enable the promotion of Macedonia and the entire Balkan region as an attractive tourist destination with exceptional natural, historical, cultural and anthropological heritage. In addition to that, it focuses on projects and activities that help foster human capacity development in the field of tourism.

ABAT BALKANIA HELD ‘OPENING CONFERENCE: PRESENTATION OF PROJECT’ IN BEROVO

SPORT FOR ALL Project, Bulgarian Sports Federation for Children Deprived of Parental Care

The project is implemented in accordance with AGREEMENT № 2015 – 3581 / 001 – 001

On 13 July 2016 BALKANIA held an opening conference for the project:”SPORT FOR ALL”. The main goal of this event was to promote the project and the work of the partners on local, national and international level and raise the public awareness about the importance of sport and the main activities of the project:

ACTIVITY 1.  SPORTS AGAINST VIOLENCE AT SCHOOLS

ACTIVITY 2.  SPORT FOR US ALL

ACTIVITY 3.  EQUALITY IN SPORTS/ with focus on SPORT FOR YOUTH with disabilities, social, cultural, and etc. disadvantages/

ACTIVITY 4.  SPORT VOLUNTEERING – BE ACTIVE, BE HAPPY

ACTIVITY 5.  STAKEHOLDERS FOR SPORTS

ACTIVITY 6.   PROMOTING THE ECONOMIC DIMENSIONS OF SPORT

This event was attended by local people, stakeholders in sports, youth workers, sport volunteers and representatives of institutions and media in the region.
